ChatGPT — Important Information Before Purchase
Before recharging, please make sure the Session Code matches the ChatGPT account to be recharged. If an incorrect Session Code causes the recharge to be applied to another account, Ezsub will not be responsible, and the user will bear the resulting loss.
If you need an invoice, please contact customer service in advance.
For recharge orders, you must click “click to jump” to obtain the required code, then paste it into the “API Code” field above. Otherwise, the recharge cannot be completed.
Before placing an order, please confirm whether you are purchasing an account or a recharge service.
Due to official requirements, some accounts may require phone number verification when logging in. Please prepare your own phone number. Phone number verification is not considered an account issue and is not covered by after-sales service. Please do not place an order if you cannot accept this requirement.
After purchasing an account, please change the password and 2FA secret key as soon as possible. Please keep your new password and 2FA secret key safe, as they cannot be recovered if lost. After successful login, issues such as an incorrect password or failed 2FA verification are not accepted as reasons for after-sales service. Please do not place an order if you cannot accept this condition.
All account plans with full-period warranty and all recharge plans are handled according to Ezsub’s unified after-sales policy.
For recharge-based memberships, you must provide the required ChatGPT account information and recharge authorization code according to the order form. The “API Code” in the form refers to the recharge authorization code and is used only for the recharge process. It is not an OpenAI API Key.
This membership is intended for official ChatGPT Plus-related use. Specific features, benefits, availability, device usage, and account rules are subject to OpenAI’s current official policies and the actual status of the account.
Credits, quotas, points, generation limits, or similar usage allowances are not covered by after-sales service once they have been fully used.
