Please read them carefully. By using this Website and/or the Services in any manner, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms without the need for any additional acceptance.
These Terms and Conditions are also subject to the Privacy Policy, which also applies to your use of this Website and/or the Services.
You acknowledge and agree that each supplier of LIGHT TOP LIMITED is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and Conditions and may directly enforce any provision that grants such supplier a benefit.

LIGHT TOP LIMITED reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the Website and/or Services at any time.
If any such modification constitutes a material change, LIGHT TOP LIMITED will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect.

Except during scheduled maintenance, LIGHT TOP LIMITED will use reasonable efforts to make the Website and Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but LIGHT TOP LIMITED does not guarantee that the Website or Services will always be available.
LIGHT TOP LIMITED also does not guarantee that your device will be able to access and/or support the Website or all Services.
2.6 Right to Refuse, Restrict, Suspend, and Terminate
LIGHT TOP LIMITED reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse access to the Website and/or Services at any time and for any reason.
LIGHT TOP LIMITED may, at its sole discretion and for any reason, restrict or cancel a User account.
If LIGHT TOP LIMITED changes or cancels an account, LIGHT TOP LIMITED may attempt to notify you, but failure to provide such notice will not cause LIGHT TOP LIMITED to assume any liability, including liability for losses resulting from the deletion of data following account termination.
2.7 Prohibited Uses of the Website and Services

In addition, you may not use ezsub in any manner or for any purpose that violates OpenAI’s usage policies.
If you violate any prohibited-use provision, or for any other reason determined by LIGHT TOP LIMITED at its sole discretion, LIGHT TOP LIMITED reserves the right to terminate your use of the Website and/or Services.
Part III: Accounts and Use of Services
3.1 Online Accounts
Users may have the opportunity to create a User account through an online registration form in order to access certain features of the Website and Services.
By registering, you represent and warrant that, to the best of your knowledge, the information provided is current, complete, and accurate, and you agree to maintain and promptly update such information.
During registration, you may be required to create a password.
You acknowledge and agree that LIGHT TOP LIMITED may rely on that password to identify you.
Whether or not any access or use is authorized by you, you are responsible for all use of your account and must ensure that all use of your account complies with these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Prohibition on Multiple Accounts
You agree that you may have no more than one account and may not sell, trade, or transfer that account to any other individual or entity.
3.3 Account Usage Rules
The Website and/or Services may contain interactive features that allow Users to communicate with third parties.
By participating in such interactive areas, you agree not to:
Upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal content;
Threaten or verbally abuse other Users;

If you submit, display, publish, or otherwise upload any content to an interactive area, you grant LIGHT TOP LIMITED and its partners and affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such submitted content, including for hosting, indexing, caching, distribution, tagging, marketing, and other lawful purposes.
You represent and warrant that you own all submitted content, or that you have a valid license to use such content and have the right to grant the license described in this Agreement.

LIGHT TOP LIMITED has the right, at its sole discretion, to monitor your account.
Part IV: Fees and Payments
4.1 Fees
Use of the Website itself is free, but certain features of the Services may require payment.
Applicable fees will be disclosed on the Website and/or at the time of purchase.
4.2 Payment
Payments must be made in accordance with the terms applicable to the membership level selected by you at the time of registration.
4.3 Refunds
Except where otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including for prepaid Services that have not been fully used.
Refund processing may take up to 30 calendar days.

5.1 No Waiver of Intellectual Property Rights
This Agreement grants you only the right to access and use the Website and/or Services. These Terms and Conditions do not grant you any software license.
The Website and Services are protected by the laws of Singapore and, where applicable, international intellectual property laws.
The Website and Services are owned by LIGHT TOP LIMITED and are the property of LIGHT TOP LIMITED or its licensors, if any. LIGHT TOP LIMITED retains all ownership rights in the Website and Services.
All materials displayed or transmitted through the Website and/or Services, including text, photographs, images, illustrations, video clips, audio clips, and graphics, are owned by LIGHT TOP LIMITED and are protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, and other proprietary rights.

5.2 Feedback
If you provide LIGHT TOP LIMITED with reviews, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback, you grant LIGHT TOP LIMITED exclusive ownership of such feedback.
LIGHT TOP LIMITED may use, exploit, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify, and adapt such feedback without providing any compensation to you.
All such feedback will be treated as non-confidential information.
You acknowledge that your ideas may be similar to ideas provided by third parties or independently developed by LIGHT TOP LIMITED, and LIGHT TOP LIMITED will have no obligation to you arising from its use of any such similar ideas.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LIGHT TOP LIMITED, its affiliates, suppliers, and their respective directors, officers, Users, and agents from and against all claims, actions, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
8.2 Arbitration
The parties agree that any Dispute relating to, involving, or arising in connection with these Terms and/or the Website and/or Services shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration under the substantive laws of Singapore.

LIGHT TOP LIMITED will use reasonable efforts to respond to all customer service inquiries within 72 business hours.

As a result of such relationships, LIGHT TOP LIMITED may receive a commission when a User purchases products from a third-party affiliate partner.

If LIGHT TOP LIMITED is unable to perform its obligations due to force majeure or other events beyond the control of LIGHT TOP LIMITED, LIGHT TOP LIMITED will not be responsible for the failure to perform such obligations, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters;
War;
Civil unrest;
Terrorist activities;
States of emergency;
Sanctions;
Embargoes;
Nationalization;
Strikes;
Utility failures.
9.7 Assignment
After providing notice to you in accordance with these Terms, LIGHT TOP LIMITED may assign and/or transfer these Terms and the rights and obligations of LIGHT TOP LIMITED under these Terms to any third party.
You may not assign your rights or delegate the performance of any of your obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of LIGHT TOP LIMITED.
9.8 Third-Party Rights
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, these Terms do not grant any rights to any third party.
9.9 Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
9.10 Updates and Effective Date
These Terms are effective as of November 14, 2023.
LIGHT TOP LIMITED may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are therefore encouraged to review the latest version periodically.
