How does this service activate Premium?
Use your own Google / YouTube account to join a family group through an emailed invite link and get YouTube Premium benefits.
What information do I need to provide?
Only the email address of the account you want to use with YouTube Premium. No password, verification code or other sign-in details are required. Check the email address before submitting.
When will I get the invite, and how do I use it?
The invite link is usually sent to the email you provided within 24 hours of ordering.
- Sign in to the Google / YouTube account linked to the email used for your order.
- Open the invitation email, click the invite link and follow the on-screen prompts to join the family group.
- Open YouTube and check the account's membership status.
Will I keep my subscriptions, saved items and history?
Yes. You keep using your own account, so your channel subscriptions, saved items, watch history and personalized recommendations remain.
Which Premium benefits are included?
Includes ad-free YouTube videos, background playback, offline downloads and YouTube Music Premium.

Can I buy early to extend an existing Premium subscription?
Wait until your current Premium subscription expires before buying. This service does not add time to an existing subscription.
Can I join if I am in another family group or recently switched?
If your account is in another Google family group, you must leave that group first. Accounts that switched family groups in the past year face restrictions on switching again.
Before joining, read the Family plan requirements to check your account's family group eligibility.
What if a family group restriction stops me from joining?
You can use another eligible email address for a new invitation, or request a refund. Contact ezsub support with your order details and the message shown on screen.
How long does coverage last, and what should I keep in mind?
Service coverage lasts for your purchased service period. If Premium ends early during normal use, contact ezsub support. Support will assess the service time already used and provide an appropriate resolution.
Do not leave or switch family groups yourself during your membership. Loss of Premium caused by leaving, joining another family group or other actions you take is outside service coverage.
