Two Delivery Options: The actual delivery method will be carried out strictly according to the product specification (SKU) you select:
Account Top-Up: The upgrade will be applied to your existing account. Before placing and paying for your order, you must enter the correct Figma account and password credentials in the designated input fields so that customer service can log in and configure the account.
Exclusive Account: After payment, the system will automatically issue a brand-new independent account with a 1-year Professional Plan membership, along with its password credentials.
How to Receive Your Order: After your order payment is successful, you can go to the Personal Order Center to immediately retrieve your new account details or check notifications about the account top-up progress.
After-Sales Warranty and Disclaimer
Full 365-Day Warranty: Your Professional Plan membership benefits and after-sales service period are covered strictly according to the 1-year (365-day) period specified by the SKU.
Strict Price-Difference Policy: If your membership benefits are interrupted or access is restricted during the warranty period due to official system upgrades or changes in platform policies, any subsequent replacement or account top-up will strictly follow the “price difference based on the remaining days” policy. Once digital virtual goods have been successfully delivered, no refunds for any reason will be accepted.
