收到帳號後，三步完成登入

準備好收到的帳號電子郵件地址與信箱登入／接碼資訊。

在 Muse AI 輸入帳號電子郵件地址
開啟 muse.ai，輸入收到的電子郵件地址，發起登入驗證。
到對應信箱取得驗證碼
開啟 tmail.pk，使用交付的信箱登入／接碼資訊進入對應信箱，查看 Muse AI 寄來的驗證碼。
返回 Muse AI，輸入驗證碼
完成登入後，查看帳號內的 Token 餘額，並進行首次設定。

首次登入，完成兩項設定

1. 設定自己的帳戶密碼

進入以下路徑，點擊「Forgot your password」，透過電子郵件驗證碼設定密碼：

一般 → Meta 帳戶 → Login and security → Change password → Forgot your password

2. 清理其他登入工作階段

在帳號安全設定中查看登入工作階段，登出其他已登入的工作階段，保留自己目前使用的工作階段。

What will I receive after purchase?

You will receive a Muse AI account that is already registered and includes Tokens, along with its email address and the email login or code retrieval details. Sign in with an email verification code.

How do I sign in and get the verification code?

Open the Muse AI login page, and enter the account email address provided.
Open the Tmail inbox, access the matching inbox using the provided email login or code retrieval details, and get the verification code.
Return to Muse AI and enter the verification code to finish signing in.

What should I do after my first login?

Check your Token balance, set your own account password, and sign out other login sessions.

General → Meta account → Login and security → Change password → Forgot your password

Set your password with the email verification code, then sign out other sessions in your account security settings.

Where do the Tokens come from, and how long are they valid?

Tokens come from referral rewards. Their validity follows Muse AI’s usage rules and the details shown in your account. We recommend using them soon after purchase.

What does the account warranty cover?

The warranty covers your first login only. Complete your first login promptly after receiving the account. If you have a problem with your first login, contact ezsub support.
